VersaChalk Chalkboard Contact Paper

I was thinking about getting a chalkboard for my kitchen so I could use it to write recipes when I was baking and I came across Versa Chalk Chalkboard Contact Paper. I love this. Cutting was not a problem, they have a grid on the back with lines so you can cut it straight, just use a  heavy duty scissors because of the thickness. It will stick on glass, metal, plastic, almost anything flat. No good on brick, I tried, maybe because it is not flat.
